Insanity Day 19 – Cardio Power and Resistance

Today I did Cardio Power and Resistance. I think it's my favorite of the Month 1 programs, and I'm disappointed I'll only do it one more time (unless I repeat Insanity which is likely, but I'm not committing, yet).  Meanwhile, I still have 3 Plyos to go in the last week and a day of Month 1.Power and Resistance has, for me, the best balance of being able to do most of the exercises and combinations, while still pushing me to the limit.
