Insanity Day 33 – Core Cardio and Balance

Accountability Day 33 Today August 22. Core Cardio and Balance. Not getting tired of the workout, as I noticed some did when doing it six days in a row. I have only one time left and I think I'll miss it. Today for the first time I got through all 5 segments of the shoulder burns at the end without putting my arms down or pausing at any point. Now I'm deciding how to modify the next few days since there appears to be a consensus that doing both the Fit Test and Max Interval on Day 1 of Month 2 is insane even by Insanity standards. One option is to do them the same day, which would be Saturday for me, but split them up by several hours, but that doesn't appeal to me. I might do my last Core Cardio and Balance tonight before bed, then Fit Test tomorrow, Friday rest and Max Interval Saturday. Or Last CC&B tomorrow morning, Fit Test tomorrow night, Friday rest and Max Interval Saturday.
If you're interested in trying Insanity click here for the regular package or here for the deluxe package. Either way you will get a copy of Shaun T's Insanity Fast & Furious DVD as a bonus. Or click the banner below. Disclosure: I am a Beachbody Coach. I became a coach because I love the programs and the Shakeology product. I figured since I'm blogging my own experience anyway, and if helps someone decide to try to make the same change for the better, then I might as well earn a commission. The Beachbody links in this post and in the rest of the site will take you to the Beachbody store, where I will get credit for the sale at no extra cost to you. In fact, by buying from me instead of direct from Beachbody without a coach's portal, you usually get a bonus DVD. If you purchase a Beachbody program, chances are someone is getting a commission. If you valued this post or the other information and articles I created, I would very much appreciate you buying the program through me! Also, any Amazon links you see also generate commissions, again at no cost to you. Thanks for any purchases you make.
