Insanity Day 30 – Core Cardio and Balance

Core cardio and balance, Day 30 today August 19, done. Here is a good article I just found that tries to test the accuracy of a variety of calorie counting devices in Wired Magazine: I think the lesson from the article is not that certain brands are better then others, but that devices that use the right inputs and algorithm give the best results. Some devices measure body temp, or movements, and others rely on heart rate, etc. Devices that rely most on heart rate seemed to have the best results, but a device that combines heart rate with GPS etc might be best, as long as it gives the most weight to heart rate. I am so far pleased with my Polar FT4. If you're interested in trying Insanity click here for the regular package or here for the deluxe package. Either way you will get a copy of Shaun T's Insanity Fast & Furious DVD as a bonus. Or click the banner below. Disclosure: I am a Beachbody Coach. I became a coach because I love the programs and the Shakeology product. I figured since I'm blogging my own experience anyway, and if helps someone decide to try to make the same change for the better, then I might as well earn a commission. The Beachbody links in this post and in the rest of the site will take you to the Beachbody store, where I will get credit for the sale at no extra cost to you. In fact, by buying from me instead of direct from Beachbody without a coach's portal, you usually get a bonus DVD. If you purchase a Beachbody program, chances are someone is getting a commission. If you valued this post or the other information and articles I created, I would very much appreciate you buying the program through me! Also, any Amazon links you see also generate commissions, again at no cost to you. Thanks for any purchases you make.
