Insanity Day 26 – Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs

  Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs: Done and done. I might regret saying this, but I'm starting to look forward to the challenge of Month 2. I certainly haven't conquered the Month 1 workouts: there are still some combinations that I cannot complete. But I am finishing them as best I can with less effort and a lower heart rate every time I do them. Today I pushed like a lunatic during the parts of the Pure cardio workout that give me the least trouble: mountain climbing and the one where you bring your knee up to meet your palms. Because they are "easy," I can speed up the most, and when the sequence ended, my heart rate barely moved.  One more workout and I'm done with Week 4, and on to Recovery Week. Also, I've decided to place an order for the Results and Recovery formula. I think it might help with the Month 2 workouts. I'll report on how it goes.
