Insanity Day 24 – Plyometric Cardio

ANother round of Plyo done. Additional notes for yesterday Day 23: I already reported my Insanity workout, but more of note happened later in the day. We had family visiting the city, staying in Manhattan. This led to 2 things, one good and one bad. First, I did a lot of walking, and according to my devices I burned more calories walking than I did in my Insanity workout. Second, we ate out at a Chinese restaurant, and although one of high quality, not so heavy on salt and carbs, I still ate more of those than I would have normally. Thanks to the walking, I still met my calorie target but the salt and carbs led to a water gain of 2.5 pounds overnight. One pound of that was gone after my workout, and the rest I'm sure will disappear in 2-3 days, but it still annoys me.  If you're interested in trying Insanity click here for the regular package or here for the deluxe package.
