Insanity Day 18 – Cardio Recovery

One of the benefits of having started on a Saturday is that the end of each week always seems to surprise me. It's only Tuesday and I only have 2 workouts left before I'm done with Week 3. In addition, in both Weeks 2 and 3 I managed to approach Cardio Recovery thinking "this is going to be almost like a day off," and then I am reminded during the workout how hard some of the movements and poses are to hold. I am starting to notice better results in my upper body and arm strength, however. In the section of Cardio Recovery where you do (I think) 2 sets from Low Plank, and then 2 more sets from the position with knees bent but off the floor, I managed to get to halfway through the last set before I couldn't hold myself up any more. When I started I'm not sure I made it through the first set even.
